What is the best indoor plant that blossoms flowers all years around?
A bonus would be that it smells wonderful too!

Pete is correct, there is no plant that blooms all year. Plants go through a dormant stage (resting period).
Gardenia, Jasmine, Primula acaulis (yellow flowered) is the only one that smells. Those are the only three I can think of.
