Default what kind of flowering bush or plant can I grow here?

We have a place in our yard that is always very wet due to a pipe that drains from our air conditioning unit. I would like to fill this area with some flowers, are there any that will grow under these conditions? We live in North Texas.
There usually isn't standing water, it's just very muddy and it is also pretty shady.
