I got it about 5 months ago. It had flowers then. But they eventually died so I cut them off. Now it has only grown new leaves, but no new flowers. Do they only bloom at certain times of the year?

And no, it isn't in too big of a pot. The pot I replanted it was only maybe an inch bigger if that.
And I have it sitting next to a North window and it gets lots of light. I also keep the soil moist but not super wet.
