could you please critique these lyrics i wrote - they go with fools garden's...
...lemon tree's tune? You could be tall
You could be small
You could be fair
With curly hair,
Big brown eyes that hypnotize,
A perfect nose
Or stylish clothes
But that doesn’t matter
- (Makes) No Difference.
All lot of things
I am told
‘You’re looking too fat!’
‘You’re looking too old!’
Why don’t you change your point of view?
(‘Cause) apart from looks
I’m better than you
And beauty shouldn’t matter
- (makes) no difference.
[Chorus]
She’s just like you
In every way,
Looks a bit strange
She gets pushed away –
Oh why, oh why not see the girl inside of me?
If you’re ever impressed,
Someone looks cool
Oh think again,
Don’t be a fool
Makes no difference to me,
I call it the M-N-D.
[End of chorus]
Da-da-da-dee-dee-da…
So-
You could be pretty
You could be tall
You could be loved
Looking cute and all.
But that doesn’t matter anyway-
Apart from looks what can anyone say?
Oh beauty doesn’t matter
- (Makes) No Difference!

[[continued]]
[Bridge]
Looks are nothing,
Just something to see-
Looks are nothing,
Go ahead and –
Be who you wanna be!
So if you’re odd
With a scary face,
No need to feel bad –
You're still in the race
‘Cause looks do not matter
- (Make) No Difference
[Chorus x2]
She’s just like you…
If you’re ever impressed…
…Makes No Difference to me,
Makes No Difference to me,
Makes No Difference to me,
I call it the M-N-D.
Okay, just in case you didn't get it, it's about this little thing called the MND I started because I've noticed everything seems to depend on external appearance nowadays.
What about all those people with perfectly normal minds perhaps even smarter than us but a little less good looking - they get unfairly pushed aside and it the people with the winning smiles or bright blue eyes who usually end up on top.
That’s what the MND is for. MND stands for Makes No Difference.
People who adopt the MND way of life will completely ignore the way a person looks, is dressed etc. Of course, that's impossible – we’ve grown up in a society where looks are everything - but with months or even years of practice, finally a day can come when we are judged by whom we are inside, and not outside.
so whaddya think?
