Default Has anyone planted one of the Elm trees resistant to Dutch Elm Disease?

I heard about these trees on National Public Radio, and they said that they were available at Home Depot and they grow quite fast....about 3-4 feet a year at least.

Has anyone found these trees and planted them? What are your experiences with them if so?

I do not know much about a dutch elm disease resistant elm. I can tell you that dutch elm disease is a fungus that is carried by the elm beatle, that clogs the rays under the bark, and can be spread from tree to tree.
