Default I am trying to identify a baby bird I found at the base of a coconut

tree. Need to know how 2 care 4 him.? I have pictures of him. I think he is newly hatched and he may be a sun bittern. He was found next to a dead sibling. I need to know what to fed him and give him water and how offten. I just need total care information. Thanks Tonia
