Default I have a Chinese Cedar that is sending out lots of suckers. - does this hurt the

tree? Can I plant them out? The cedar doesn't seem to be grafted. The baby trees are little clones of the parent. I would like to dig them up and relocate them rather than having a little cedar forest in one place. Can this be done?
