Default I have heard if you cut weeds, shrubs, etc on a certain day of the year they

will never grow back,is it true?

no its not true. if you pull everything- including the roots, it will slow it down. just pulling the top part doesnt really help. that's like asking if grass wont grow back if you mow it on a certain day

Of course not. That's in the same category as broken mirrors, walking under ladders, and using stumpwater to cure warts.

If you cut them on the second Tuesday of each week, they'll never grow back.
