Default I want to plant a tree in my garden. Easy care, hearty, and twiggy so the...

...birds can land there to use feeder? I used to have a very big bush there that the birds loved ....I really dont want to replace the bush with a buch, but would love to have a pretty, maybe even colorful tree there. I dont want something that will fall over easily, as Missouri does get bad windy storms. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Plant a maple tree; actually they are known as the weeks of the tree family; but they do grow fast; have pretty leaves and drop lots of those helicopter seed which you can use to plant more tress. And they are very twiggy.
We are in O*Fallon, Mo and have quite a few maple trees in our yard.

try a spring snow crab apple beautiful in the spring and the birds love the fruit really does well here in Nebraska i have some waxwing birds come in and eat some of the flower petals and i keep my humming bird feeder in it also
