Default If some jerk on the street throws firecracker in my plants, can I sue him on...

...behalf of my "calamansi" tree? What charges should I file?

1. Attempted murder of my "calamansi" tree.
2. Physical injury resulting in the loss of 3 or 4 calamansi fruits and several leaves torn from branches

Please help me make the legalese for the charges you think most appropriate.
