Default Miracle Grow for Christmas Trees?

Anybody know if this will work as a good preservative? How about B12? We bought a tree early this year & I love like it to last 'til New Year's... Any ideas?

before you bring the tree in the house cut a couple of inches off the base.just add clear water. keep a close eye on it it could take up several gallons of water.
