This year I bought my first home and began gardening. I bought a new tree at the beginning of the summer from walmart. It was a flowering pear and it came in one of those plastic pots and as soon as I got home I hurried and just put it in the ground as is because I didn't want to deal with taking it out of the pot it was already in. I was sure to water it a lot but I'm so confused though, it hasn't grown at all and I'm afraid it's dying! Did I do something wrong? Is there special fertilizer I should put on it? Or should I just give up all together? HELP!
