I live in the south zones 7-8

I just recently purchased a home of my own where I can finallly plant and garden and I have picked up some beautiful weeping cherries, japanese maples, bradford pear trees and purple ash trees. They are all very lovely. The cherry and pear do get small fruits, but they don't make a HUGE mess. I simply rake a little and it seems to pick up the bunch of them. The others do not get any fruits.

I have always fancied palms and the leyland cypress.
