Default What are some good plants or trees for a small balcony that faces West?
Do I get an evergreen? Ivy? Tomato?

Portulaca's will tolerate wind and sun. tomatoes will love it maybe a dwarf lemon (Meyer) or citrus tree. Sunflowers in the summer they come in many varieties and heights. Rose tree suitable for most climates. Herbs. I hope you have a green thumb.
