Default Dry bean seeds?

Does anyone know a source for dry bean seeds, such as red kidney or yellow eye beans? Done of the places around here that sell peas, corn, and just about everything else, sells dry beans.

Even the mail order seed catalogs don't list them. I have a Gurney's catalog and one from Johnny's seeds, and neither have dry beans. They have numerous choices of green beans, lima beans, etc., but no dry beans.

Can dry beans as purchased from a supermarket to cook and eat be planted as seed?
