hey, i need a 9th grade sciencec fair project about 1-2 week growing plants

or fruits. thank you.? yea i know there are a lot of science fair projects about plants but i want one that grows like in 1 or 2 weeks, no more than that. also it has to be about testing liquids on it. something simple but unique..thatnk you a lot!!!! ^.^
