How can I access market for fresh fruits and vegetables including mashrooms

grown in Kenya, in UAE and GCC? Are there trusted agents you can recomend? When are the best seasons to supply GCC markets, what barriers exist on Kenyas commodities? Is there gurantee of cash on delivery.
Am interested in venturing in this business am therefore seeking for more information. God bless you as you assist me
