Is there a certain sun they all prosper in?? Corn as apposed to tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, carrots, etc???

Assuming you have one garden you will want to consider companion planting (plants that help each other out). Potatoes and tomatoes should not be planted next to each other because they both attract potato bugs. Marigolds and geraniums are great next to tomatoes! They keep help keep away cutworms. well my grandad said you'll have to know what kind leaves potatos, carrots etc and you'll know what it is. it helps my grandad alot.
