Default Plants/Vegetables you can grow in the fall in Georgia?

It's for my S.A.E. project for FFA...and i just don't know what grows this time of year in georgia...any ideas on how to find out or if u know would help me.

Squash, pumpkins, carrots, any type of root, and vine type vegetables.

I think this website will give you the help you are seeking. I don't think there's too much difference between SC and GA when it comes to the cool season crops...You may need to make some minor adjustments to planting dates. However, down at the bottom is a table which covers alot of the different veggies and timetable.
