Default What are the fastest growing fruit trees for zone 8?

And if possible, please list how many feet they grow per year. If you have some good suggestions about any lovely but non-fruiting, fast-growing trees for zone 8 I would appreciate hearing those too. Any good info on fast-growing trees for this zone is welcome.
