Default What fruits can grow in a small green house?

I intend to have a green house connecting to my house which will be built from cargo containers. This won't happen until I get the money to make it happen, but I am just curious as to if I can grown fruits or if I will have to go to the store to buy them. Thank you!

What a wonderful idea. You must live in a place with the four seasons. The only small fruit I can think of that does well in my yard is the "Little Cado", some call it the dwarf avocado whose fruits are not seasonal like the other popular brands. The tree and fruit is smaller and the fruits do not get ripe until you pick it, so you can have avocados all year around.

I would stay with tomatoes and beans first and then if you are confident enough take it to the bigger plants.

Since you have the space you should consider going into vermacasting to save on the fertilizer needed to upkeep your project.

Here's some things to consider with a small green house.(1.)They heat up and cool down very rapidly..not the ideal situation for fruits.(2.)The winter solace and the summer solace are paramount when it comes to location.(3.) Small green houses are good for starting seeds and over wintering some but not all plants.
I cant emphasize this enough but bigger is better in terms of a true green house @ lest 10' x 10'.Most fruits and berries do better when planted outdoors; strawberries,black/raspberries,grapes,mucsadines,pear,apple,figs and so on.In all likely hood you will be limited to miniatures, herbs, grape tomatoes, and maybe strawberries.
