Default What are some good fruits and vegetables for a smallish winter garden in

South Mississippi? Our winters are usually pretty mild. We usually don't get a week's worth of weather under 30 degrees Fahrenheit. The garden is in full sun. There's lots of humidity and a decent amount of rainfall. My dad doesn't want to plant more than five or six types of plants. We're planning on a garden probably about 20X30. Any suggestions? Thanks!
